Carla is a qualified Montessori teacher with extensive international school experience, specialising in English as a Second Language. She has previously run her own playgroup and brings strong administrative and organisational skills to the centre.

In addition to her work in early childhood education, Carla is the co-founder of Clear Curate Connect, an organising business that focuses on creating calm, functional spaces for families. Her ability to streamline systems and maintain structure supports Open Book Learning Hub's daily operations and the learning environment.

With many years of experience, Carla remains a strong advocate of the Montessori methodology and those disciplines that dovetail the philosophy. Her organisational skills enable her to design lesson plans that foster learning at each child's individual pace, supporting true child-led education.​
