Attendance: 

  • Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before to ensure a prompt start.  To avoid disruption, late arrivals will be admitted when there is an appropriate break.

  • Whilst the utmost respect is paid to timing, students must wait to be called into the class; early arrivals cannot be accommodated.

  • Parents must please provide 48 hours notice for any schedule changes.

  • If it becomes necessary for Open Book Learning Hub to reschedule a class, a credit will be issued and rolled over to the next month.​​

Tuition Policies... 

  • Progress is variable... at OBLH we celebrate individual growth and of course, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

  • Monthly or term progress reports are available for an additional fee.

  • Homework can be provided, upon request.

Expectations for Health, Safety and Behaviour: 

  • Hand-washing and the use of sanitisers is required, especially during food-related activities.

  • To maintain a positive learning environment.....

    • all peers and staff must be treated with respect,​

    • instructions must be followed promptly,

    • appropriate language should be used at all times,

    • children should use a gentle touch and kind words to communicate.

Bookings and Payment Details...... 

  • Once a booking has been confirmed, a link will be provided to the Open Book Learning Hub online registration form.

  • Fees are payable in advance, each term.

  • A late payment fee, after a 5-day grace period, will be HK$100.

  • Tuition fees are non-refundable except in valid cases of documented relocation or medical considerations.

  • For summer classes, in order to secure the spot, a 10% deposit is required when a booking is made.

  • The preferred method of payment is via Bank Transfer.

  • Booking.... due to high demand, bookings should be made a minimum of 8 weeks in advance.  ​

  • No make-up class/credit will be granted in the case of failure to reschedule 48 hours prior. 

  • If unused, credits expire after 3 months.

  • Class fees are based on a weekday schedule.... Saturday classes can be arranged and fees are available on request.
